Farewell to our Dear Supervisor, Mrs. Sunita Vijh
"Your influence can never be erased!".
The management, Staff and students bid farewell to their supervisor, Mrs. Sunita Vijh on the 7 th of January,2015. She had served the school for 34 years in the secondary section. Mrs. Sunita was welcomed with the school Band and was escorted by the manager, Sr. Bernadett, Head Mistress, Mrs. Sulekha, some of the retired teachers and the staff of Loreto Convent School. She was given a traditional welcome.
The students conducted a very meaningful Prayer service followed by a Prayer Dance asking the Almighty to shower His abundant Blessings on her.
The students kept her mesmerized with their beautiful poems, songs and dance performances.
On behalf of the Pre-
A bouquet of flowers and a gift were handed over by Sr. Bernadett and Mrs.Sulekha on behalf of the management and the Secondary staff respectively.
Sr. Bernadett expressed appreciation and gratitude for her long dedicated service. Sister also praised her captivating smile, cheerfulness and simplicity.
Sr.Bernadett wished her God's peace and happiness.
Mrs. Sulekha in her speech expressed that Mrs.Sunita was a teacher who taught from the Heart and thanked her for making a difference in the lives of the students. Mrs.Sunita in her vote of thanks said that she was lucky to be a part of this esteemed Loreto family and thanked her colleagues and all the sisters for their guidance and support. Holding back tears was difficult as she spoke.
Later, the staff gathered in Mary Wards Hall to show their love for Mrs. Sunita Vijh where in some teachers shared their fond memories about her. This was followed by a sumptuous meal.
